Corporate Social Responsibility — ESG
At Trakcja, we implement the principles of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), which guide our activities — from the investment planning stage, through design and construction, to infrastructure operation.
Environment (Environmental):
- Sustainable materials – we use recycled resources, local materials, and low-emission products.
- Energy efficiency – we design facilities with low energy consumption.
- Emission reduction – we apply technologies that minimize air, water, and soil pollution.
- Water management – we implement systems for rainwater recovery and greywater recycling.
- Biodiversity protection – we safeguard the natural environment in the areas where we operate.

- Occupational health and safety – we provide appropriate training, protective equipment, and continuous monitoring.
- Community engagement – we involve local communities and respond to their needs.

As part of our educational and environmental initiatives, we promote:

- Packaging made from recycled materials (75 campaigns).
