Guided by the Compliance Procedures — which include, among others, the Trakcja Group’s Code of Ethics — and adhering to the Company’s core values such as responsibility, trust, relationships, integrity, and transparency, the Management Board, as of December 9, 2019, introduced principles aimed at minimizing the risk of violating applicable laws and losing the long-established trust, while also outlining the directions for protecting the image of the Trakcja Group.
