29/2012 – Information on the court decision on declaring the insolvency of the Issuer’s subsidiary, Poldim S.A., becoming final

In reference to Current Report No. 25/2012 of 13 June 2012, the Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 21 June 2012, it was informed that the decision of the District Court in Tarnów, 5th Economic Division, of 13 June 2012, on declaring insolvency with liquidation of company assets of POLDIM S.A. with its registered office in Tarnów, i.e. a subsidiary of the Issuer, became final as of 20 June 2012. 

Legal basis:  § 5 paragraph 1, point 24 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on the current and periodic disclosures to be made by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state
