28/2012 – Information on the appointment of Mr Roman Przybył for the function of officer acting as the President of the Management Board

The Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 21 June 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr Roman Przybył, former Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company, for the function of officer acting as the President of the Management Board
