30/2012 – Information on a candidate for the position of a member of the Supervisory Board

In reference to Current Report No. 22/2012 of 1 June 2012, the Management Board of Trakcja-Tiltra S.A. (hereinafter: „the Company”)hereby informs that on 27 June 2012 a shareholder of the Company, ING Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., proposed Mr Wojciech Napiórkowski as a candidate for the position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of Article 13, paragraph 5 of the Company Statutes. The candidate submitted to the Company a declaration in which he confirms that he does not conduct competitive activities in relation to the Company and is not in a position of a conflict of interests. The candidate’s CV in English is attached as Appendix No. 1 to this current report. 

Legal basis:  Article 56, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organised trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item 1439, as amended).
