Trakcja S.A. Adopts New Strategy for the Capital Group for 2025-2030
Trakcja S.A. looks to the future with optimism, adopting a new development strategy for its capital group for 2025-2030. The document, which has been positively reviewed by the Supervisory Board, sets out ambitious goals and investments aimed at strengthening the Company’s position on the transport infrastructure market.
The strategy envisages achieving more than PLN 4 billion in revenue by Trakcja Group and an increase in sales of Trakcja S.A. to PLN 2.8 billion in the final year of the strategy’s implementation. Key investment programmes, such as the National Railway Programme until 2030 and the Multi-Year Programme of the Central Communication Port, will underpin the development of the railway construction market in Poland. At the same time, the development of the power transmission market will be driven by investments envisaged in the project of Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne.
Looking towards 2030, Trakcja S.A. plans stable sales growth, based on maintaining its leading position on the railway market while significantly increasing revenue in this segment. The Company also intends to strengthen its presence on the road market and develop its activities in the power grid sector, drawing on synergies with its Lithuanian subsidiary AB Kauno Tiltai.
A key element of the strategy is an improvement in profitability, which is to be achieved by increasing the operating margin and by systematically reducing the ratio of general management and selling costs to revenue from sales. In the area of financial liquidity management, the strategy assumes limiting expenditure on net working capital, the sale of non-operating assets and a gradual increase in the level of available bank guarantee limits.
The strategy also envisages changes in the organisation of operating activities, aimed at improving profitability and making optimal use of the resources held.
The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. emphasises that the goals and assumptions of the strategy do not constitute a forecast of results, but intended directions of action for 2025-2030.
