Announcement Regarding the Selection of an Auditor
The Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A. invites written offers for the audit and review of the financial statements of Trakcja S.A., the Trakcja Group and selected companies of the Trakcja Group for the years 2023-2024.
The subject of the order is the review of the standalone semi-annual financial statements of Trakcja S.A. and selected companies of the Trakcja Group for the first half of 2023 and 2024, as well as the consolidated semi-annual financial statements of the Trakcja Group for the first half of 2023 and 2024, prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS and Polish Accounting Standards (PSR), together with the preparation of review reports, and the audit of the standalone annual financial statements of Trakcja S.A. for the financial year 2023 and 2024, the standalone and consolidated annual financial statements of selected companies of the Trakcja Group for the financial year 2023 and 2024, as well as the consolidated annual financial statements of the Trakcja Group for the financial year 2023 and 2024 prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS and Polish Accounting Standards (PSR), together with the preparation of audit reports.

Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered (the date of receipt is decisive).
