Modernisation of the Technical Facilities of SKM Warszawa
Watch our new film about the delivery of one of our contracts. This spring the modernisation of a 400-metre inspection and repair hall was completed, and a year-round washing facility, technical facilities and a social and office building were also built.
The scope of the investment also required works in the track, traction, structural and building, power engineering, sanitary and road disciplines. Under the project, among other things, almost 5 km of overhead contact line was installed, 6.5 km of external track and 800 m of track in the inspection hall were renovated, 17 turnouts were replaced and refurbished, and elements of the existing supporting structures of the railway traction system were modernised.
