Road Contract in Elbląg County

Trakcja PRKiI S.A. has signed a contract for the reconstruction of a county road in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. For PLN 2.2 million, a section of road and the bridge on it will be fully modernised and adapted to safety requirements.

The reconstruction of the county road in the Gronowo Górne – Nowina – Sierpin area includes, among other things, a new bituminous surface and strengthening of the carriageway, improving the geometry of junctions, and the construction of bus and parking bays. The scope of works also provides for the regulation of kerb curves, renovation of the bridge and culverts, and desilting and restoration of ditches. Under the contract, driveways and pavements will also be rebuilt, and a bridge railing, lighting fittings, barrier fencing and steel energy-absorbing barriers will be installed. Pedestrian crossings will be marked out.

The value of the works, which are to be completed by September this year, is PLN 2.2 million.
