Kauno Tiltai Signs a New Contract!

Our Lithuanian subsidiary AB Kauno Tiltai has concluded with the Lithuanian Road Administration a contract for construction works under the project entitled “Reconstruction of a Section of the A1 Vilnius – Kaunas – Klaipėda Motorway from km 99.03 to 100.47 (Middle Bridge over the Neris)”, which involves the reconstruction of the middle bridge over the Neris river.

The contractor will be obliged to carry out the reconstruction of the middle bridge over the Neris river on the A1 motorway, i.e. the demolition of the old bridge and the construction of a new one. The construction works will be carried out in accordance with the technical design and construction permit provided by the client.

The planned duration of the works is 23 months from the entry into force of the Contract, i.e. after it has been signed by the parties and the securities required by the contract have been established. The value of the contract is EUR 56.5 million, i.e. more than PLN 270 million.
