30/2022 – Supervisory Board’s Opinion on the Management Board’s Recommendation Regarding the Allocation of Profit for 2021

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) refers to current report No. 28/2022 and informs that today the Supervisory Board has positively reviewed the Management Board’s recommendation to allocate the entire net profit of the Company for the year 2021, amounting to PLN 3,854,534.70, to the reserve capital.

The Company informs that the decision on the allocation of the net profit for 2021 will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of Trakcja S.A.
