New Management Board of Trakcja S.A. Appointed for a Joint Term of Office

The Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A., following a qualification procedure, adopted resolutions on the appointment of the Company’s Management Board for a further, joint three-year term of office. The decision was made on the basis of § 10 sections 2 and 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association. The new term of office will begin on the date of the Ordinary General Meeting, i.e. 24 June 2025, approving the financial statements for 2024.

The following have been appointed to the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. for the new term of office:

• Stefan Bekir Assanowicz,
• Bartłomiej Cygan,
• Artur Jastrzębski,
• Tomasz Wardak.

The continued cooperation with the current Management Board ensures operational stability and continuity in the delivery of key projects of the Trakcja Group. The Management Board will continue to implement the Group’s Development Strategy for 2025–2030, adopted in April this year, focusing on the dynamic development of the business in three key segments: rail, road and energy, while making use of synergies with Kauno tiltai. The strategic objective remains to achieve, by 2030, revenue exceeding PLN 4 billion across the entire Trakcja Capital Group, while at the same time systematically increasing operating profitability.

At the same time, the Company informs that Andrzej Kozera, hitherto a member of the Management Board and Operations Director, did not seek re-election. The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. thanks him for his great commitment and contribution to the development of the organisation. 

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. in its current composition, based on managerial experience and competence, provides a guarantee of the effective achievement of its ambitious development goals.

Until the date of the next Ordinary General Meeting, the composition of the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. is as follows:

• Bartłomiej Cygan – Member of the Management Board, Technical Director,
• Artur Jastrzębski – Member of the Management Board, Corporate Affairs Director,
• Andrzej Kozera – Member of the Management Board, Operations Director,
• Roman Przybył – Member of the Management Board, Strategy and Development Director,
• Tomasz Wardak – Member of the Management Board, Director, Finance Director.
