Qualification Procedure for the President of the Management Board and Members of the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. – End of the Current Term.
In connection with the expiry of the term of the current Management Board, falling in June 2025, the Supervisory Board of Trakcja S.A., acting pursuant to the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and applicable law, has commenced a qualification procedure for the positions of Members of the Management Board of the Company for a new joint term.
The procedure will be conducted in order to select 5 (five) Members of the Management Board of the Company with the intention of entrusting the functions of:
- President of the Management Board, General Director;
- Member of the Management Board, Operations Director;
- Member of the Management Board, Technical Director;
- Member of the Management Board, Financial Director;
- Member of the Management Board, Corporate Director.
