21/2023 – Change in the Date of Publication of the Periodic Report for Q1 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs, referring to current report No. 1/2023 dated January 25, 2023, that the publication date for the periodic report for Q1 2023, originally scheduled for May 24, 2023, has been postponed to May 30, 2023.

The dates for the publication of the remaining periodic reports remain unchanged:

• Report for H1 2023 – September 27, 2023
• Report for Q3 2023 – November 22, 2023
