20/2023 – Information on the Conclusion of a Significant Contract by Trakcja S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company,” “Issuer”) announces that today it has concluded a contract with Powiat Starachowicki as the Client for the execution of works within the investment project titled: “Improvement of Service Conditions and Development of SSE Starachowice S.A. through the Construction of a Grade-Separated Road Overpass over Railway Line No. 25 in Starachowice” (“Contract”). The conclusion of this Contract follows the selection of the Company’s bid as the most favorable offer submitted in an unrestricted tender.

The net value of the Contract is PLN 56,947,224.64. The work is to be completed no later than December 31, 2024.

The Contract will be financed primarily from the Government Fund for the Polish Deal: Strategic Investment Program and partially from the Client’s own funds. Other terms of the Contract are consistent with those commonly applied for such contracts.

The Management Board has decided to publish this information as the completion of the aforementioned investment project represents a significant part of the orders portfolio managed by the Company and impacts the maintenance of current and the increase of future revenues and results of the Company.
