22/2023 – Preliminary Consolidated Financial Results of Trakcja Group for Q1 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on May 17, 2023, it completed the preliminary analysis of the available financial results of the individual entities within the Trakcja Group and the process of collecting financial data for the preparation of the consolidated quarterly report for the Trakcja Group for the three-month period ending March 31, 2023. In connection with this and referring to current report No. 15/2023, the Company has decided to disclose the preliminary consolidated financial results of the Trakcja Group for the three-month period of 2023:

Preliminary Consolidated Financial Results of the Trakcja Group for Q1 2023:

• Revenue: PLN 280,843 thousand
• Gross Profit (Loss): (-) PLN 8,981 thousand
• EBITDA: (-) PLN 14,050 thousand
• Gross Profit (Loss): (-) PLN 31,929 thousand

The final financial results of the Company and the Group will be disclosed in the consolidated report for Q1 2023, ending March 31, 2023, which, according to the publication calendar, will be published on May 30, 2023.
