41/2023 – Preliminary Estimated Financial Results for Trakcja Group for the 9 Months Ended September 30, 2023

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that today it has completed the preliminary analysis of the financial results of the individual entities within the Issuer’s Group and the process of gathering financial data for the preparation of the consolidated quarterly report of Trakcja Group for the 9 months ended September 30, 2023. Accordingly, and in reference to current report No. 38/2023, the Company has decided to disclose the preliminary estimates of the financial results of Trakcja Group for the 9 months of 2023:

• Preliminary estimated financial results for the Group for the 9 months of 2023:
  • Sales Revenue: PLN 1,373,666 thousand
  • Gross Profit from Sales: PLN 75,901 thousand
  • EBITDA: PLN 59,358 thousand
  • Gross Profit: PLN 4,024 thousand

The final financial results of the Company and the Group will be presented in the consolidated quarterly report for the 9 months ended September 30, 2023, which will be published on November 22, 2023, in accordance with the accepted reporting schedule.
