51/2022 – Information on the appointment of a Management Board member

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) hereby  informs that on 21 July 2022, the Company’s Supervisory Board has  appointed Mr. Bartłomiej Cygan to the post of Management Board member and Technical Director effective as of 22 July 2022.

Mr. Bartłomiej Cygan is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, which conferred upon him the title of Master –Engineer of Construction. He has completed the post-graduate Project Management Studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as an Executive MBA Programme at the University of Warsaw. He has many years of experience in the construction industry and management.

Mr. Bartłomiej has submitted a statement that he:  
–    does not conduct any activities other than within the enterprise of the Company, which would be a competitor to the Company, with the exception of employment at PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A.;
–    is not a shareholder of any competitive partnership or company
–    is not involved in a competitive corporation in the capacity of a member of its bodies
–    is not on file in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act, nor in the Register of Debtors kept pursuant to the National Register of Debtors Act.
