50/2022 – Information regarding the resignation of a Vice-President of the Management Board

The  Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) hereby informs that it has received a statement today from Mr. Paweł Nogalski concerning his resignation from the post of Vice-President of the Management Board and from membership of the Management Board, effective as of 21 July 2022.

In accordance with the contents of the resignation, it has been tendered due to personal reasons.

§ 5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018  concerning current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information as equivalent required under the legislation of non-Member States
