36/2024 – Appointment of Member of the Management Board – Director of Corporate Affairs

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that on June 24, 2024, following the completion of the qualification process for the position of Member of the Management Board – Director of Corporate Affairs, the Supervisory Board, acting under § 10 sections 2 and 3 of the Statute, adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Artur Jastrzębski to the Management Board and assigning him the position of Director of Corporate Affairs of the Company, effective July 1, 2024.

According to the declaration made by the appointed Management Board Member:

• He does not engage in any other activities outside the Issuer’s enterprise that would be competitive to the Issuer,
• He is not a partner in any competitive civil, partnership, or capital company,
• He does not participate in any competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body,
• He is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained under the National Court Register Act,
• He is not listed in the National Register of Debtors maintained under the National Register of Debtors Act.

Attached to this current report, the Company provides information about the educational background, qualifications, and previous positions held by the newly appointed Management Board Member, including a description of his professional career.

Legal Basis: § 5 section 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member states.
