33/2023 – Information on Entering into a Significant Contract by Trakcja S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) announces that today it received a bilateral signed contract dated September 1, 2023, between the Company as the Contractor and the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle as the Ordering Party for the execution of works under the project “Construction of the connector of the northern bypass with Przyjaźni/Strzelecka Street, Blachownia district in Kędzierzyn-Koźle” (“Contract”). The conclusion of this Contract follows the selection of the Company’s offer as the most advantageous offer submitted in an open tender.

Contract Value:

• Net Value: PLN 54,407,354.91

Contract Terms:

• Project Duration: 420 calendar days from the date of the handover of the construction site by the Ordering Party, with the period from December 15 to March 15 excluded from the contract duration.
• Handover of the Construction Site: To be completed within 150 calendar days from the date of the Contract.

The Contract includes limits on the expenditure by the Ordering Party for each year of the investment, i.e., for the years 2023-2025, with execution dependent on the initiation of the investment and progress of the works.

The other terms of the Contract do not deviate from the conditions commonly used for such contracts.

The Issuer’s Management Board decided to publish this information because the implementation of the investment task represents a significant portion of the Company’s order portfolio and impacts the maintenance of current and the increase of future revenues and results of the Company.
