24/2024 – Update on the Detention of the Issuer’s CEO

In reference to the Issuer’s current report No. 23/2024, the Management Board of Trakcja S.A. informs that it has received information indicating that the CEO, Mr. Arkadiusz Arciszewski, is not currently detained, nor has he been temporarily arrested or charged. The Issuer does not have further information regarding the progress of the legal proceedings.
