23/2024 – Information on the Detention of the Issuer’s CEO

On May 20, 2024, the Issuer received information regarding the detention of the CEO, Mr. Arkadiusz Arciszewski, on the request of the National Prosecutor’s Office. The Issuer does not possess further information, including the reasons for the detention. According to available information, legal proceedings are ongoing.
