21/2024 – Information on the Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on May 14, 2024, it received a resignation statement from Ms. Emilia Szkudlarz, resigning from her position as a member of the Supervisory Board, effective May 15, 2024.

The reason for the resignation was not provided.

Legal Basis: § 5(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of non-member states as equivalent.
