20/2024 – Preliminary Estimated Financial Results of Trakcja Group for Q1 2024

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (the “Company”, the “Issuer”) informs that the preliminary analysis of the available financial results of the individual entities within the Issuer’s Group and the process of gathering financial data for the preparation of the consolidated quarterly report for Trakcja Group for Q1 2024 has been completed. Consequently, and in reference to current report No. 18/2024, the Company has decided to publish the preliminary estimated financial results of Trakcja Group for the three-month period ended March 31, 2024:

• Preliminary Estimated Consolidated Financial Results of Trakcja Group for Q1 2024:
  • Revenue from sales: PLN 308,878 thousand
  • Gross profit (loss) from sales: PLN 3,862 thousand
  • EBITDA: -PLN 865 thousand
  • Gross profit (loss): -PLN 15,258 thousand

The above data are preliminary estimates. The final financial results of the Company and the Group will be published in the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024, which, according to the adopted periodic reporting calendar, will be published on May 28, 2024.
