15/2021 – Information on conclusion of an annex to the contract with PKP PLK S.A.

The Management Board of Trakcja S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) informs that today an annex (“Annex”) was signed by the Company with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. based in Warsaw (“Contracting Party”) to the contract concluded on 16 August 2017, for the open tender for designing and performing construction works on the E20 railway line Siedlce-Terespol for the task titled “Works on the E20 railway line in the section Siedlce-Terespol, stage III-LCS Terespol” (“Contract”), which was announced in current report no. 15/2017. The subject of the Annex involves the performance by the Company of additional works including: execution of replacement designs together with obtaining necessary authorisations and decisions as well as construction works in the scope necessary to remove collision with the future expansion of the Biała Podlaska station.

The total net value of the concluded Annex will amount to PLN 24,195,948.83.

As of today, works resulting from the Contract (including the Annexes thereto) are completed in approx. 80%.

The other terms of the Contract are similar to those commonly applied  in contracts of this kind.

The Issuer’s Management Board decided to publish this information, because the implementation of the aforementioned Contract shall have an impact on maintaining the current and increasing future revenues and results.
