105/2013 – Information on registration of changes to the statute

The Management Board of Trakcja Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) hereby informs that today the Company received a court decision regarding the registration by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw today. Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, changes to the Company’s Articles of Association, which were made pursuant to Resolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of November 27, 2013, about which the Company informed in current report No. 98/2013 of November 27, 2013 r. The Company’s Management Board points out that due to the changes made to the Statute, the Company’s name has changed, the content of which from the date of registration is as follows: “Trakcja PRKiI Spółka Akcyjna”. The Company’s Management Board in Annex No. changes in the Company’s Statute and the new text of the uniform Company Statute.
