Changes in the Composition of the Company’s Management Board

We inform that, with effect from 4 January 2024, Mr Artur Szumisz resigned from the position of Member of the Management Board – President of the Management Board of the Company. The reason for the resignation is the completion of the mission he had set out to accomplish and new professional plans.

At the same time, we inform that on 4 January 2024 the Supervisory Board entrusted the duties of President of the Management Board to Member of the Management Board Mr Andrzej Kozera.
