We Won the Tender for the Modernisation of a Warsaw Metro Traction Substation

Trakcja has won the tender for the modernisation of the traction substation in respect of DC equipment (RPS, SKP, RST, SOU, SZW) at the A1 Kabaty station of Metro Line I in Warsaw. As traction specialists, we did not expect any other outcome of the procedure. The contract concluded on 6 October with the Warsaw Public Transport Authority (Zarząd Transportu Miejskiego w Warszawie) is worth PLN 3,658,020.00 gross. 

Planned start of works  – January 2022.

Within 1.5 years, the Company is already carrying out its third task in the area of traction substation modernisation. The earlier ones are the modernisation completed in December 2020 at the Imielin station and the one under way at the Ursynów station.
