Trakcja With Increased Share Capital

We would like to inform you that on 29 August 2022, the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, on the basis of the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Trakcja S.A. of 23 June 2022, registered the increase in share capital and the new consolidated text of the Articles of Association of our Company. As a result of the increase through the issuance of 250 million new shares, which were taken up in full by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., the share capital of Trakcja S.A. increased by PLN 200 million and currently amounts to PLN 269,160,780.80.
