Trakcja PRKiI, in a consortium with its subsidiary PEUiM, has won its first road contract this year. For more than PLN 20 million net it will expand voivodeship road No. 224 on the section from Godziszewo to the Stanisławie interchange on the A1 motorway.
The scope of works includes, among other things, the widening of the carriageway and the strengthening of the pavement structure together with the correction of curves. In addition, engineering structures will be rebuilt, including culverts and a bridge structure, driveways and bus bays. The investment will also improve pedestrian safety: special refuges and pedestrian crossing islands, pavements and pedestrian and cycle routes will be built along the roads in the localities on the renovated sections of the route.
Construction works will be completed in August 2018.
