Trakcja PRKiI to Build a Park and Ride Car Park

Trakcja PRKiI has signed a contract worth PLN 10.7 million gross for the design and construction of a “Park and Ride” car park near the PKP railway station in Nakło nad Notecią.
The investment will create a car park with an area of 2,350 m², with 176 parking spaces, including 17 for people with disabilities and 30 covered bicycle stands. The site will also include a bus stop, a car park supervision building and a toilet block. The entire facility will be equipped with modern LED lighting, as well as pavements, cycle paths and noise barriers.

The project also provides for the reconstruction of the streets leading to the car park: the existing carriageways will receive a new surface, driveways and lighting. New pavements and pedestrian–cycle paths will be built. The task also includes resolving conflicts between the road layout and the power, telecommunications, water and gas networks.

The investment is to be completed in October 2020.
