Trakcja PRKiI to Rebuild a Street in Wągrowiec

Trakcja PRKiI S.A. has won its first road contract. For almost PLN 2 million it will comprehensively rebuild a section of ul. Wierzbowa in Wągrowiec.

On 15 January, Trakcja PRKiI S.A. concluded a contract for the renovation of a section of ul. Wierzbowa in Wągrowiec, nearly half a kilometre long.  For PLN 1.8 million, the two-lane carriageway, pavements and storm drainage will be rebuilt and street lighting will be constructed. The scope of works also provides for widening the road strip intended for buses to turn around. The works will be completed within 16 weeks of the date the contract was concluded.

Trakcja PRKiI S.A. is systematically expanding its activity in infrastructure construction. The Company, which generates almost all of its revenue from railway works, is also entering the road, energy and urban rail transport sectors. Until now, road contracts in the Trakcja Group have been carried out by the subsidiary PEUiM Białystok, operating in the Podlasie region.
