Trakcja and Piotr Pawlica Sign a Contract with Centralny Port Komunikacyjny

On 20 September 2024, a consortium of Trakcja S.A. and P.H.U.B. Piotr Pawlica signed a contract with Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o. for the “Preparation of design documentation together with obtaining the necessary consents, decisions and permits, and carrying out and executing demolition works and the clearing of trees and shrubs together with site tidying – package 4”.

Under the task, the consortium will prepare full technical and design documentation and obtain the necessary administrative consents and permits for the dismantling of structures and building installations located on plots purchased by CPK through the Voluntary Acquisition Programme. To prepare the site for the future investment, trees and shrubs will be removed and historic structures will be relocated outside the area of the planned airport.

The contract was concluded with an option right, which extends the scope of the task by additional works related to preparing the site for further construction works.

The maximum value of the contract, including the option right, may exceed PLN 52 million net. All the works are planned to take 12 months from the date of signing the contract.

For Trakcja, this is another contract with CPK for the preparatory works to open the work front for the main works for the construction of the airport in Baranów.
