Torprojekt Receives Addendum from PKP PLK SA

Our subsidiary – Torprojekt Sp. z o.o., leader of the consortium that on 10 January 2018 concluded the contract for “Preparation of design documentation and provision of author’s supervision for the reconstruction of the cross-city line in Warsaw under the POIiŚ 5.1-13 project entitled ‘Works on the cross-city line in Warsaw on the Warszawa Wschodnia – Warszawa Zachodnia section’”, together with its consortium partner – Kuryłowicz & Associates Sp. z o.o. – concluded addenda to the contract in question with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. on 8 April 2021.

The additional works covered by the addenda include in particular: the design for the reconstruction of the cross-city tunnel, the design for the construction of a new passenger stop in the area of the de Gaulle roundabout in Warsaw, the design of a new passenger stop in the area of Solec Street in Warsaw together with infrastructure, as well as the design of new double-track railway connections towards lines no. 006 and 009, together with adapting the track layout of the eastern and western heads of the Warszawa Wschodnia station.

The total net value of the addenda in question and the Contract will amount to PLN 40,008,188.26 net, of which the amount due to Torprojekt Sp. z o.o. will be PLN 31,034,030.44 net.
