Publication Dates of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. Periodic Reports in 2014

The Management Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. announces that the publication dates of periodic reports in 2014 are as follows:

1. Consolidated annual report (RS) for the 2013 financial year – on 21 March 2014
2. Separate annual report (R) for the 2013 financial year – on 21 March 2014
3. Consolidated quarterly reports (QSr) containing condensed separate financial information:
a) report for Q1 2014 – on 15 May 2014
b) report for Q3 2014 – on 14 November 2014
4. Consolidated half-year report (PSr) containing condensed separate financial information – on 29 August 2014

At the same time, in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by the law of a non-member state, the Company announces that the consolidated quarterly and half-year reports will contain, respectively, quarterly and half-year condensed separate financial statements.

The annual report will be prepared and made public in both separate and consolidated form. In accordance with the above-mentioned regulation, the Company will not publish the quarterly report for Q4 2013 or the quarterly report for Q2 2014.
