Trakcja Group Company to Extend the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education in Warsaw
PRK 7 Nieruchomości, a property development company from Trakcja Group, will carry out another investment in Mazovia. For nearly PLN 36 million gross it will build a new teaching building for the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education (Akademia Pedagogiki Specjalnej im. Marii Grzegorzewskiej).
The five-storey building, with an area of 1,344 m², will be built on the university campus at ul. Szczęśliwicka in Warsaw. The building will include a research and teaching section comprising auditoriums for 100 and 200 people with facilities, a laboratory, an archive and a museum of Maria Grzegorzewska, as well as an office and administrative zone.
The building will be connected to the neighbouring buildings “B” and “C”.
The investment will be carried out within 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
The company has built, among others, an estate of multi-family houses at ul. Lazurowa and townhouse segments at ul. Oliwska, and is currently building the multi-family building Husa Park in Białołęka.
The company is continuing its development in a new segment, public utility buildings – currently, in a consortium with Trakcja PRKiI, it is building a primary school in Ząbki near Warsaw.
