Scope of works:

• dismantling of elements of the existing land development
• dismantling of elements of infrastructure and small architecture of historical value
• dismantling of underground infrastructure and the underground chamber
• reconstruction of the carriageway and the track layout
• reconstruction of the pedestrian surfaces of the square
• production and installation of small architecture elements
• change of the permanent traffic organisation
• reconstruction of public transport stops and platforms
• reconstruction of the tramway overhead contact line, the turnout control and heating installations, the traction cables and the overhead contact line
• felling and transplanting of trees and shrubs
• conservation of the existing traction and lighting poles
• relocation and conservation of the fountain
• planting of low and tall greenery
• repair of bricks and cleaning of the interior walls of the “Dętka” canal
• renovation of the plinth of the Tadeusz Kościuszko monument, including the steps leading to the monument
• reconstruction and protection of the existing power grid
• construction of street lighting and lighting of the pedestrian spaces of the square
• reconstruction and protection of the existing telecommunications ducting
• construction of a technological duct
• construction of water supply connections
• installation of illumination of building façades, the monument, the fountain and greenery
• construction of Passenger Information Boards together with the necessary cable ducting and cabling
• construction of new elements of the storm drainage system, together with a drainage system based on street inlets and drainage pipes,
• construction of an irrigation system for the planned greenery
