The road overpass was designed in steel-arch technology, the structure provides optimal usage parameters, and illumination of the overpass was additionally installed, with the possibility of setting any colours and lighting scenes.

During the construction of the overpass, the Father Jerzy Popiełuszko roundabout was rebuilt, which is the first turbo roundabout in Starachowice. Vehicle traffic has become more orderly, smoother and safer. At the same time, all accompanying infrastructure was rebuilt, from underground networks to the modernisation of surrounding streets.

• Type: single-carriageway overpass above railway tracks.
• Length: 67.00 m
• Width: 16.65 m
• Location: above the railway lines running from Skarżysko-Kamienna to Sandomierz, line No. 25
• Road layout:
  • Two carriageways, each with one traffic lane 3.5 m wide and edge strips of 0.5 m on both sides (total width 8.0 m)
  • Cycle path 2.4 m wide
  • Pavement 2.25 m wide
