The Supervisory Board of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. invites the submission of written offers for the audit and review of the financial statements of Trakcja PRKiI S.A., Trakcja Group and selected companies of Trakcja Group for the years 2019-2020.
The subject of the order is the review of the separate half-year financial statements of Trakcja PRKiI S.A. and selected companies of Trakcja Group for the first half of 2019 and 2020, as well as the consolidated half-year financial statements of Trakcja Group for the first half of 2019 and 2020, prepared in accordance with IAS/IFRS and Polish Accounting Standards (PSR), together with the preparation of review reports.
Offers in paper form, in 1 copy, in a sealed envelope, should be submitted by 25 March 2019 (by the end of the day) to the address: Trakcja PRKiI S.A., ul. Złota 59, 18th floor, 00-120 Warsaw, marked “Audit”, as well as in electronic form to the e-mail address: audyt@grupatrakcja.com.
Offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered (the date of receipt is decisive).
