Roman Przybył Joins the Management Board of Trakcja

On August 5, 2024, Mr. Roman Przybył joined the Management Board of Trakcja. As a Member of the Board, he will be responsible for the Company’s strategy and development.

Mr. Przybył is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and has completed numerous postgraduate programs, including an MBA at Swinburne University in Melbourne, INSEAD in Fontainebleau, IMD in Lausanne, Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, Fudan University School of Management in Shanghai, the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and Harvard Business School in Cambridge, MA.

Involved in the construction industry since the very beginning of his professional career, he has worked on construction projects in Poland, Germany, Iraq, and Abu Dhabi in various roles. He has extensive experience in company development and restructuring, having served as Investment Director at Creditanstalt Sankt Galen Fund Management and Vice President of the Management Board at Lafarge. He was CEO and General Director of Elektromontaż Poznań (Budimex Group), as well as of publicly listed companies Trakcja (2011–2016) and Elektrobudowa. He has chaired the Supervisory Boards of several construction-related companies and has been active in both Polish and European industry associations.

Mr. Przybył has hands-on expertise in Business Intelligence systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics. He has collaborated with leading Polish and international consulting firms in the areas of strategy development, restructuring, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He intends to apply his skills and experience in project management, restructuring, business development, and both strategic and operational management at Trakcja.

Mr. Roman Przybył was appointed to the Management Board of Trakcja by the Industrial Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu) under its personal rights pursuant to §10(2)(2)(b) and (4) of the Company’s Articles of Association.
