Modernisation of Włoszczowa Station

PLN 57 million net is what the work that Trakcja PRKiI S.A. will carry out at Włoszczowa Północ station under a contract concluded with PKP PLK S.A. will cost.

The scope of the investment includes track works together with the track bed and level crossing surfaces, the replacement of 24 turnouts and the reconstruction of the overhead contact line on a section of approx. 8 km. In addition, drainage and electrical power works will be carried out, and, as part of the passenger infrastructure, a new platform and a pedestrian underpass will be built.

The task is being carried out as part of the project to modernise railway line no. 4 – Central Trunk Line (CMK). 
The works will be completed by the end of May 2018.
