Modernisation of Railway Lines near the Eastern Border

Trakcja PRKiI S.A. will renovate sections of railway lines No. 66 and 69 in the Stalowa Wola area. The value of the contract is more than PLN 18 million net.

The task is related to the project to modernise railway line No. 7 Warszawa Wschodnia Osobowa – Dorohusk and to improving safety and eliminating operational hazards on the railway network. Under the contract, repairs will be carried out to the trackbed and track surface on a total section of 63 km. 5 turnouts will also be replaced, and 5 viaducts and one bridge renovated.

The works should be completed by 30 April 2017.
