Road Contract near Bydgoszcz

Trakcja PRKiI has signed a contract for the reconstruction of a section of local road more than 8 km long between Błądzim and Zbrachlin near Bydgoszcz. The contract, worth nearly PLN 6 million net, provides for laying a new carriageway structure and widening it to 6 m, building unpaved shoulders, driveways, bus bays and pavements. Roundabout junctions in Pruszcz, Łowin and Szewno will also be rebuilt. The renovated roads will receive new signage and protection in the form of energy-absorbing barriers.

The aim of the investment is to improve access to the interchange planned in Zbrachlin on the S5 route under construction.

The construction works will be completed by mid-November 2017.
