“Over the past week we have signed three contracts with a total value of more than PLN 1 billion, of which almost PLN 800 million is to be delivered by Trakcja PRKiI and its subsidiaries. In two cases our bids exceeded the contracting authority’s budget, while in the third they were comparable. We plan to continue this safe bidding policy, particularly as contracting authorities are giving greater weight to non-price criteria” – adds Vice-President Marek Kacprzak.
