Professional Experience
An expert in international cooperation, business internationalization, and compliance regulations, with extensive experience in managing global-scale projects.
Since August 2025, she has headed the Department of International Projects at the Industrial Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.), where she is responsible for the Group’s foreign market strategy, relations with international partners, and initiatives supporting the global expansion of Polish enterprises.
From 2020 to 2025, she was associated with Fundusz Górnośląski S.A. as Director of the Foreign Cooperation Department, where she coordinated the operations of the Internationalization Center, managed foreign regional offices (including in the United Arab Emirates and Ukraine), and supervised advisors supporting key markets such as the USA, India, Visegrad Group countries, the Balkans, and Western and Eastern Europe.
Earlier, she worked for Thomson Reuters Corporation, managing a due diligence analytics team responsible for verifying reports on legal entities and individuals across various jurisdictions. She oversaw analyses covering financial, legal, tax, and operational risk assessments, fraud detection, and compliance with AML, CFT, and international sanctions regulations (including OFAC, UN, and EU).
Academic and Social Activities
Between 2013 and 2024, she served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Silesia, combining academic work with business practice.
Since January 2025, she has been a Member of the Program Council for International Economic Relations at the University of Economics in Katowice.
She actively participates in numerous trade missions, conferences, and international events, promoting Poland’s potential on the global stage.
She has also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Silesian Regional Loan Guarantee Fund (Śląski Regionalny Fundusz Poręczeniowy Sp. z o.o.).

She holds an AML Certificate in the field of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.
