Education
Doctor of humanities, graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice (Uniwersytet Śląski) and of MBA studies conducted by the EY Academy of Business and the WSB University (Akademia WSB).
Professional Experience
An expert in international cooperation, the internationalisation of enterprises and compliance regulations, with many years of experience in delivering projects of global reach.
Since August 2025 she has headed the International Projects Department at the Industrial Development Agency (Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A.), where she is responsible for the strategy of the ARP capital group’s presence on foreign markets, the development of relationships with international partners and oversight of initiatives supporting the expansion of Polish companies.
In 2020–2025 she was associated with Fundusz Górnośląski S.A. as Director of the Foreign Cooperation Department. She coordinated the activities of the Internationalisation Centre, managed foreign regional offices (including in the United Arab Emirates and Ukraine) and supervised advisers serving key markets – the USA, India, the Visegrad Group countries, the Balkans, and Eastern and Western Europe.
Previously she worked at Thomson Reuters Corporation, where she managed a team of due diligence analysts verifying reports on legal entities and natural persons from various jurisdictions. She was responsible for analyses covering the assessment of financial, legal, tax and operational risks, the identification of abuse, and compliance with AML, CFT regulations and international sanctions (including OFAC, the UN, the EU).
Academic and Social Activity
In 2013–2024 she served as assistant professor (adiunkt) at the University of Silesia, combining academic work with business practice. Since January 2025 she has been a member of the Programme Council of the International Economic Relations degree programme at the University of Economics in Katowice.
She is an active participant in numerous business missions, conferences and international events, promoting Poland’s potential on the global stage. She also sat on the Supervisory Board of Śląski Regionalny Fundusz Poręczeniowy Sp. z o.o.
Competences and Certificates
She holds an AML certificate in the field of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing. She combines analytical competences with the ability to build lasting international relationships.
