Education and Qualifications
Advocate, graduate of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
He built his legal competence and experience through consistent handling of the affairs of regional public bodies and pro bono work, providing legal advice to people in difficult life situations.
Professional Experience
Since 2007 he has held management and managerial positions in public service institutions and in central and local government bodies.
Until 2014 he was Vice-President of the Management Board of Małopolska Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. and Head of the Regional Financing Institution.
In 2014–2016 he headed the Kraków Branch of the Social Insurance Institution (Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych), and then, as Secretary of the Małopolska Voivodeship, until 2019 he developed managerial competence at the Marshal’s Office in coordinating the activities of the office and of the organisational units subordinate to the Management Board of the Małopolska Voivodeship. He also initiated the implementation of projects in the area of the development of road and rail infrastructure in the region.
Supervisory and Managerial Activity
He exercised supervision over commercial-law entities, serving as:
- Member of the Supervisory Board of Myślenicka Agencja Rozwoju Gospodarczego,
- Member of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Wodnego S.A. in Warsaw,
- Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji in Brzesko.
Since 2019 he has served as Member of the Management Board of Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa S.A., where he oversees processes in the area of public procurement law, the implementation of investment projects and the settlement of projects financed from PO IS, PO IR and the Norwegian Funds.
