Education and Qualifications
Attorney-at-law, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
He has developed his legal expertise through consistent engagement in cases involving regional public entities and pro bono activities, providing legal advice to individuals in challenging life situations.
Professional Experience
Since 2007, he has held management and executive positions in public service institutions and government and local administration bodies.
Until 2014, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of the Małopolska Regional Development Agency S.A. and Head of the Regional Financing Institution.
From 2014 to 2016, he headed the Kraków Branch of the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and later, as Secretary of the Małopolska Voivodeship (2016–2019), he expanded his managerial competencies within the Marshal’s Office, coordinating activities of the office and its subordinate organizational units.
He also initiated the implementation of infrastructure development projects in the road and railway sectors across the region.
Supervisory and Managerial Activities
He has exercised oversight functions over commercial law entities, serving as:
- Member of the Supervisory Board of the Myślenice Regional Development Agency,
- Member of the Supervisory Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Wodnego S.A. in Warsaw,
- Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Municipal Transport Company in Brzesko.
Since 2019, he has been a Member of the Management Board of Wodociągi Miasta Krakowa S.A., where he oversees processes related to public procurement law, implementation of investment projects, and settlement of projects financed under the OP Infrastructure and Environment (PO IS), OP Smart Growth (PO IR), and Norwegian Funds.
