Mr Tomasz Wardak is an economist and manager with extensive experience in finance, strategy and management in the energy, telecommunications and transport infrastructure sectors.
His career includes work at leading Polish companies, where he headed large finance teams and oversaw transactions worth many millions, as well as at start-ups, where he built financial structures from scratch.
Professional Experience
United Oilfield Services Sp. z o.o. (2011–2018) – Finance Director responsible for creating and developing the back office function in a newly established company providing specialist services to the oil and gas exploration industry.
Polkomtel S.A. (2004–2010) – Director of the Finance Office, responsible for financing transactions and financial risk management at one of the leaders of the mobile telephony market.
Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (2002–2004) – Director of the Economic Department, overseeing the areas of controlling, financing and financial risk management of the integrated leader of the gas market in Poland.
Activities and Interests
Mr Tomasz Wardak is passionate about the development of transport infrastructure, the author of articles on this subject and of a book on the Solidarity Transport Hub (Centralny Port Komunikacyjny).
