Mr Robert Kaleta is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He serves as Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa Obrót S.A. Previously he was President of the Management Board of Energa Operator Wykonawstwo Elektroenergetyczne sp. z o.o., which carries out construction projects for the expansion and maintenance of the electricity distribution network. He gained professional experience in managerial positions in business entities and in the area of ownership supervision. Within his own business activity he provided advisory services for a number of public- and private-sector companies in many industries, including transport, construction and education-related ones. As Vice-President of the Management Board of the “Universitatis Varsoviensis” Foundation, from 1996 he was responsible for implementing a number of cultural and educational initiatives and initiatives promoting economic patriotism. He has many years of practice in ownership supervision, which includes, among others, functions on the supervisory boards of: KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Kopalń Pebeka S.A., KGHM ZANAM S.A., Trade Trans Karya sp. z o.o.
