Ms Karolina Aneta Łukaszewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. In 2002 she was entered on the list of legal counsels (radcowie prawni). She also completed postgraduate studies in foreign trade and marketing at the University of Gdańsk, and in the construction investment process at Lazarski University in Warsaw.
Ms Karolina began her professional career in 1995 – 1997 at PKO BP bank, where she provided financial services to domestic businesses cooperating with foreign business entities. In 1998 – 1999 she worked at the Ministry of Infrastructure, responsible for bilateral international road transport agreements.
She has been associated with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. for 23 years, currently serving as Director of the Legal Office at the Head Office of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and being responsible for coordinating the legal services of that company.
In 2006 – 2008 she sat on the supervisory board of a local-government joint-stock company; from 2018 until 11.10.2022 she served as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Zakład Robót Komunikacyjnych – DOM w Poznaniu sp. z o.o., a railway construction contractor.
